What You’ll Do:
- Partner with local employers to identify needs and recommend Aflac benefit solutions.
- Develop new business through company-provided leads, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct engaging presentations and benefit enrollments in-person and virtually.
- Deliver exceptional service and claims support to new and existing policyholders.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and mentorship opportunities.
What You’ll Bring:
- A confident, self-motivated approach and a strong work ethic.
- Prior sales experience a plus but not required.
- Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship.
