Enterprise Mobility Career Development Grant

Thanks to a grant from Enterprise Mobility, the Career Services and Advising Center is able to offer The Enterprise Mobility Career Development Grant, which provides funding of up to $200.00 to currently enrolled undergraduate students for an expense directly related to career development.  Examples of covered expenses include:

  • Graduate school application fees*
  • Graduate school entrance test preparation or registration fees*
  • Registration for academic conferences
  • Interview clothing

*Please note for these expenses that applicants should apply for fee waiver opportunities from the organization, if available.

Career Development Grants cover a single expense and will only be awarded for future expenses. They will not cover reimbursements for purchases already made.

Applications are reviewed on an rolling basis while funds are available. Applications should be submitted as far in advance as possible of the opportunity for which you are seeking funding.   Please note that you must submit supporting documentation for your expected expenses (such as quotes, screenshots of online shopping carts, etc.) in order to apply.

To apply, complete the Career Development Grant application form. Applications will be evaluated to determine if they fall under covered expenses and if the provided budget provides full details of the expenses. They will also be evaluated based on the applicant’s detailed explanation of how the opportunity will contribute to their career development.

After your application is reviewed, you will be contacted via email regarding the status of your request and will be notified of any next steps if you have been awarded funds. You will receive a decision about your funding request within 30 days.
