Lindsay believes deeply that career development is a powerful avenue for social justice and equitable opportunity. As the Director of Career Services and Advising, she is dedicated to connecting students with transformative experiences that foster professional and personal growth.

Lindsay joined Fitchburg State University in 2017 and is passionate about collaborating with students, faculty, staff, and community partners to build a supportive ecosystem of opportunity. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a minor in Spanish, and a Master’s degree in Community Development and Planning, both from Clark University. Additionally, she completed a Master’s Certificate in Higher Education Leadership from UMass Amherst.

Susan joined the Fitchburg State University Career Services and Advising Center in 2018 and has over 15 years of experience in higher education.  She works with our employer partners and plans a variety of on campus recruiting and networking events.  She also works closely with faculty and students around internship promotion and preparation.  She finds the most rewarding part of her job to be supporting students in their internship search process.  Susan holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish from The Catholic University of America and a Master’s degree of Education from Boston University.

Danibel received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from College of the Holy Cross in 2020. Her background is in mental health and case management. She has been at Fitchburg State University for four years in the Academic and Career Advisor role. As a native Spanish speaker, Danibel is always looking to connect with other first-generation latinos on campus and contributing to their growth as a student.

Eriberto Mora Carrera is an alumnus of Clark University and joins Fitchburg State University as the Academic and Career Advisor. He brings over five years of experience from Worcester State University, where he was recognized with the 2022 Diversity & Inclusion Award for his outstanding contributions to campus equity initiatives.

Eriberto is deeply committed to supporting students in their academic, professional, and personal development. He takes great pride in fostering leadership, resilience, and excellence among the student body and looks forward to contributing to the continued success of the Fitchburg State community.
